All Routt County health and human service non-profits can apply for the City of Steamboat Springs and Routt County Community Support Funding.
All 2024 RC HRC awardees must submit a progress report by October 15, 2024

The application will open on September 17, 2023.
The submission deadline is October 15, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.
The Grant Review Committee will review all grant applications between October 10 and October 31, 2024. The committee comprises non-profit, city, county staff, and community members.
The Committee may need to ask questions about your application; please respond by November 11, 2024.
All applicants requesting more than $3,000 of funding must participate in an interview on November 14, 2024. Please click here to select a time on the interview schedule that works best for your schedule.
The Steering Committee will send allocation recommendations and scoring sheets to the Yampa Valley Community Foundation on December 1, 2024.
From December to January, the Steering Committee will present Community Support Funding recommendations to the City Council.
In January, award letters announcing the amount of funding and detailing the distribution structure will be sent to the organizations that have been awarded.
The first round of Community Support checks will be distributed to organizations in January–February. The city must receive your final report before payment is issued.
In July, the city’s finance department will send the second round of Community Support checks for awardees over $10,000.
