Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner Success

We gave out 500 meals over four hours on Thanksgiving Day. Thank you to everyone who joined us, donated, made the day possible. A huge thank you to our partners at Snow Bowl for moving 500 meals out the door. And a second thank you to Young Professional Network for volunteering their time to hand out meals. It was a day of gratitude and one to remember.
As with all organizations, we had to pivot in the challenging times of COVID-19. This year we provided a Thanksgiving meal to–go through Snow Bowl’s drive-up window from 1:00 to 5:00 pm on November 26th. Our menu included:
Roasted Turkey
Stuffing
Mashed Potatoes
Green Bean Casserole
Cranberry Sauce
Gravy
Rolls
Pie
We are hopeful we can get back to our regular Community Thanksgiving Dinner at the Steamboat Springs Community Center next year.
